This page explains how to request deletion of your Soccabet account and what data will be deleted or retained. 

1. How to Request Account Deletion

To request deletion of your Soccabet account, please contact our Customer Support team using one of the methods below. Include your registered username or phone number and the email address linked to your account, and state clearly that you want your account and personal data deleted.

Important: For security and regulatory reasons we will verify your identity before processing deletion. This helps prevent fraudulent requests.

2. Account Suspension (Alternative)

If you prefer to stop using the account without permanently deleting it, you may request an account suspension. Suspension stops all betting activity and prevents logins until you ask to reactivate or request deletion. To request suspension, contact support using the same channels above.

3. What Happens When You Request Deletion

  1. We will acknowledge receipt of your deletion request within 5 business days.
  2. We will verify your identity to protect your account and other customers.
  3. Once verified and approved, we will close your account and delete or anonymize personal profile data within 30 days, except for data that must be retained for legal/regulatory reasons (see Data Retention Summary below).

Note: Permanent deletion means you will lose access to balances, betting history, loyalty points, and any bonuses attached to the account. If you have an outstanding balance, please withdraw funds before requesting deletion or contact support for instructions.

Retention periods above reflect typical regulatory requirements. Actual retention periods may vary by jurisdiction. Where required, we will retain specific records for the minimum period required by law and delete them when the retention period ends.

5. Confirmation & Record

After we process your deletion request, you will receive a confirmation email with the date when deletion was completed and a summary of what was removed and what was retained for compliance reasons.
